specializing in Wills & Estates, will be giving an overview on the new
Wills, Estates and Succession Act which comes into effect at the end of March,
2014.
Date & time: April 10th at 12 noon
Crown Counsel, Richard Li will present an Overview of the Criminal
Justice System. Topics to be covered
are the division of powers (Federal vs. Provincial), the Criminal Procedure from
investigation to sentencing, sentencing and ancillary orders, the Charter and
being subpoenaed as a Crown witness.
